Welcome to Dreamtime Music Limited The Australian Aboriginal people have inhabited the land for some seventy thousand years and possess an intricate set of beliefs. One strand concerns day to day activity and functioning, the second is a parallel stream of spiritual action, “The Dreaming” or "The Dreamtime” in which Totemic Spirit beings made The Creation. The events and happenings in the Dreamtime establish values, laws and guidance for Aboriginal society; further, the Dreamtime is also a personal spiritual framework or belief system for the people. There are many Dreaming stories and consistent themes throughout Australia, dealing with Creation, the land itself, the people, sacred places, flora and fauna and laws and customs. A complex matrix of information, teachings, faith, art and spirituality stem from the Creation tales. The Aboriginal peoples’ spiritual life is woven into their daily existence. Wonderful skills and stories abound. They care for the land, it in turn, cares for and supports them. I salute these remarkable people.
